We are pleased to announce the publication of the latest issue of the international, open-access journal Eudaimonia – Journal for Legal, Political and Social Theory and Philosophy (Vol. 9, No. 1 / 2025).
The journal is published jointly by the ALF Center for Legal Fundamentals, the Serbian Association for Legal and Social Philosophy (IVR Serbia), and the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
The latest issue brings together contributions from authors based in Serbia, Slovenia, Italy, Türkiye, and Germany.
The texts address a wide range of topics in contemporary legal and social philosophy, including human rights in Hart’s theory, sociological methods in law, judicial interpretation, phenomenology and legal concepts, bioethics and reproductive cells, the position of young legal scholars, the digital self and law, the impact of artificial intelligence on law students’ academic success, the reliability of expert evidence, and the election procedure of national minority councils in Serbia.
